The development of Tuscany Plaza required a multi-disciplinary approach to transform a high-traffic Yuma intersection into a premier medical hub. Edais led the comprehensive site-wide civil engineering, establishing the foundational infrastructure, grading, and drainage systems that support the entire plaza's footprint.
Originally developed as the Yuma Regional Health Center, this building’s architectural and structural design was led by Edais to provide a versatile hub for healthcare services. We engineered the facility to maximize interior flexibility for medical use while ensuring the exterior design complemented the surrounding plaza. Our work focused on creating a durable, professional space that serves as a cornerstone for patient care and community wellness at Tuscany Plaza.
